Resources for IBD patients

Living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis can be very challenging.  It helps to know you aren’t alone.  There are a variety of social networks and initiatives by the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation where you will find a welcoming and empathic network of patients and caregivers who are there to help you when times get tough.

Web resources:

  1. Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation
  2. Managing anxiety and IBD
  3. University of Michigan IBD School
  4. The impact of IBD on mental health
  5. Battling IBD negativity

Every IBD patient is different.
